The subject of suicide was approached very well and in a respectful manner. The step-by-step approach was very helpful in being able to break down how to deal with an intervention.

I have learned a lot within this session. I feel more confident now when having to come across someone who is feeling suicidal and on how to approach the person or how to speak to them and showing to them that I am listening.

i think kelly was a really good tutor and explained and delivered the information and course really well and made people feel comfortable in sharing their own experiences and putting no pressure on anyone and also making sure that everyone was okay throughout the course

From this course i now feel i am able to more confidently handle people with suicidal thoughts and feelings.

This course is a great learning tool and is very helpful to know when in the work environment and in the outside world.
