The training is essential and helpful. I would like more information about the accredited course however

The last section we had to go through was about redundancies and as we had recently gone through this, I felt this could have been changed to something else, as it felt a bit insensitive.

Overall, I found the course very valuable and engaging. It was well delivered, and I feel more confident in my understanding and ability to support others.

I really enjoyed it and I learnt perspectives I would have never thought about before

I enjoyed the course and found it beneficial. I personally am not that keen on the role play aspects as they are very unnatural and don’t add any benefit for me.
