Great course with excellent workbook that is a real take away and prompter for later in career.

I think the course is well structured and it encouraged me to take a more disciplined and thorough approach to supporting someone in crisis.

Informative- more phrases or examples of phrases that can be used

Good course, however lack of information about particular risk factors such as domestic abuse, people with learning disabilities and neuro divergences

I feel much more confident about having these conversations and know which tools and skills to tap into that supports myself and the person impacted.

The course covered a difficult subject and gave enough time to reflect and put into practise some of the techniques discussed.

The course made me think more around langauge and being able to be direct and ask questions. Also more confident when it comes to someone having a plan and how to dismantle this which again had made me think differently around this.

Great pace and coverage ,made me think and gave some really useful tools.

Very well delivered by Tony, great experiences shared by everyone as well
