I just want to say that this was an excellent course that everyone who interfaces with clients or is a supervisor/manager at Togmind should attend. Like safeguarding it is the awareness that is important and the feeling of confidence this course gives you.

Felt it gave me some good skills and knowledge to use if needed and was nice the group came from different companies and had variety of experience. Think as some people in the group hadn't experienced some of the topics covered, it would of more beneficial for them to know the basics before. Trainer was personable and friendly and gave good examples and ideas. She managed the group well too.
