The training was very insightful and I learnt a lot. For me I learnt ways to approach a conversation around suicide and also how to use language differently when talking about suicide.

Training was excellent, Sally’s compassion and personable approach, especially speaking about her own experiences was refreshing and a perfect ‘practice what you preach’ with regards to ending the stigma through talking. Personally, I very much appreciated her honesty and commend her bravery.

Opened up my eyes to suicide - completely changed the way I now think of it. In actual fact, has made me want to become more involved within mental health support.
