very informative, I was very nervous going into this but the tutor made everyone comfortable and no time for nerves to kick in

This has certainly helped my understanding of suicidal behaviour.

I have achieved the knowledge of techniques on what to do when in a suicide situation. Understanding we are not heroes and the aim is to make them safe and get them to professional help.

This course would be valuable for every front line facing member of staff and managers for their staff and for anyone in their personal life
