Great course, well delivered, i feel much more confident about engaging in conversations and people about suicide. I feel better equipped as a MHFA in the workplace and in my personal space to deal with a situation involving suicide thoughts and suicide.

A very thought provoking course which will enable me to better spot signs in young people and has given me the confidence to ask direct questions. I will be recommending that my team members book this course next time it is available
