I found it to be extremely helpful. The course provided me with a wealth of knowledge about how to recognize the signs of someone who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts or behaviors, as well as practical strategies for offering support and resources. The trainers were knowledgeable and engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and practice skills in a safe and supportive environment. Overall, I feel much more confident in my ability to help those in need, and I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in promoting mental health and preventing suicide.
