Helpful course that provides awareness on the topic of suicide that should be widespread. I feel more confident and competent approaching situations, and talking about it in an appropriate way. whether that be formal ( professional setting) Or informal (Casual, private setting with friends and/or family ect.) .
This course would be better in person rather than online.
