Good for beginners whom may not know much about suicide

Thorough course discussing sensitive issues in an inclusive way that gave everyone the chance to contribute to discussions. Having a smaller group was also positive for this kind of training as it could have felt overwhelming or faceless in a larger group

The material provided before the course was very helpful and really thought provoking I enjoyed being able to express and learn about the different aspects of mental health and suicide.
