I think this course provides people the knowledge of what is safe or harmful, identifying situations and the confidence to approach people who may be in this circumstances. Plus the etiquette on how best to react if you were to meet with the people again, outside the initial introduction
Informative session that runs well alongside MHFA
This is a well structured course which gave you confidence and reassurance about a subject that is not addressed much in society
Really good training. Very glad I attended. Thank you.
As always, despite the serious topic Chris brings a down to earth and pragmatic approach to the course which works for me as I have known 3 people who have died by suicide and one friend who I managed to help not die by suicide and sort help.
