Was great. Learned a lot. Would recommend and do again. I think some version of this should be taught to everyone.
It was really great to have a trainer who has experience in HE and university well-being.
The training was very effective as an employee in higher education due to Julie’s background in higher education. Julie was very understanding of our roles and was able to apply that to the course content.
Brilliant that the trainer had previously worked within the university.
Lisa was very well prepared and gave some great examples. not just theory. taking part in the conversation was a good idea too
Very interesting course, i gained a lot more knowledge from it- The time flew!!
Just fantastic, one of the best, if not the best CPD I have had.
Great training, clear, simple but useful steps to use and info to take away. Applicable to what we do. Really valued my learning from this training, thank you!
Great trainer and so knowledgable having worked in Higher Education previously.
