Well worthwhile spending the day on this important subject. I work for Samaritans and most of his teaching is in accordance with Samaritans policy. The minor differences added depth to my knowledge and experience. This added depth is the value that I derived from the course. Well done Steve.

I am not usually a fan of virtual online training, however this was good informative, well delivered training and I will take a way new skills and knowledge

the course has helped me to feel more able to approach/speak to a person in a crisis situation. better insight to approaching/having a conversation with a person in crisis.
