I found this subject tough due to personal experience of suicide Especially the recognise the signs But agree this is not discussed enough with young people

An excellent course which has been thought provocative and will provide me with the skills to have difficult conversations if the need arises. This has given me the knowledge and skills required and to have the confidence to put them in place as and when required.

As an introduction to this topic, the course was informative and the tutor knew his stuff. I would recommend it to a colleague who has no knowledge of this area. For me pages 10 onwards where more of what I would have liked to explore in more detail as I already had lots of knowledge of the opening section.

Good course as an overview to suicide and what signs to look out for and how to approach the topic with someone you think may be having dark thoughts.
