I really got a lot from the course and feel much more confident around language and engagement. I am still a little cloudy over how to speak to teens around this topic, as I experience those conversations quite differently with a younger generation full of hormones, but will take anything I struggle with to supervision for further feedback. Thank you so much for the training.

I believe examples or ideas on how to deal with a person via chat would be helpful as I don't deal with phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
