Great course

I thought this course was incredibly valuable to me as a member of HR who often has to refer any sensitive issues elsewhere due to lack of training myself. I do now feel very confident with the process you have to take and where to step back.

This course is so relevant, particularly as a front line response officer. I feel it is very beneficial and should be completed by everyone.
