Extremely well presented, relatable and easy to digest. It wasn't a triggering experience, it was well developed and sensitive while tackling the subject of suicide head on, in a humanistic manner with plenty of learning point, opportunities to practice and ask question whilst feeling valid and supported. 10/10

I really enjoyed the training and the trainer was very knowledgeable and open to answering questions and clarifying the content. The booklet had enough information in without being overloaded, and room to make my own notes to enable my understanding. As this topic can be quite difficult to explore we were given regular breaks and encouraged to take time away from the computer screen.

This training was really professional while also feeling not too formal. It will be a valuable addition to my professional practice and I’ve learned a lot of strategies and techniques on how to support someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviours
