Gavin was a good teacher and explained everything we needed to know about saving life's and what we need to look out for and trust our instincts
Was quite worried about doing the course as difficult subject matter but actually enjoyed it and found it so useful.
A fantastic and though provoking session; the content and conversation has had a profound and humbling impact on me and has provided with the knowledge, tools and confidence to support where I can.

The content was good, but because had already done a MHFAers course and refresh the experience of the course was not so new, but would not change format or delivery as think that is on the money.
Absolutely brilliant, the tutor was very knowledgable and incredibly good at lecturing
