I found this really interesting and useful. I’ve learnt loads today.

Materials good, allowed space to write and fill in information. Plenty of time for discussion. Gave a story to work through how to discuss suicidal thoughts. Very knowledgeable and answer questions. Good structure, and speed. Wasn’t delivered too quick, and allowed time between for thoughts. Trained very knowledgeable!
