Really interesting and informative course, well delivered. I feel more confident in the signs and the steps to take now in noticing these things. I felt quite overwhelmed by mental health before, however now i can feel more prepared and therefore be hopefully a better help to people.

I can openly admit that at the start of the evening I would not have thought I could feel comfortable about speaking so directly to a person about possible suicidal thoughts but I now understand the importance of such open discussions of this topic and the use (and not use) of specific words
