Very knowledgeable and made the subject matter easy to engage with. Maybe leave the mindfulness part to the end.

Thank you Sophia, that was a good course and reaffirms my confidence that a conversation in enough. That is amazing. At Connection Support we also have suicide and self harm as items in our risk assessment and initial assessment when our support starts.

It was a good course as it expanded on your previous knowledge of the subject area. A lot of it almost seems like common sense but gives you the tools to be confident in knowing this is the correct course of action.

A very eye opening and informative course. i definitely took a lot of knowledge away from it. I hope i do not have to use the tools or have these conversations however Mark and the course have equipped me with some useful guidelines which i am extremely grateful for. Mark is a fantastic trainer- he keeps all attendees engaged, the training feels more discussion led and gave us the opportunity to do a breakout activity. Mark ensured he checked in on everyone at least 4 times throughout the course and used various tools and resources to keep this course relevant, interactive and informative. I really learnt a lot from Mark today. Thank you.
