Very informative whilst dealing with very sad and distressing situations

The training session was really informative. It supported areas in which I felt was an area of personal weakness. While the subject matter was very serious the approach taken was brilliant.

The tutor delivering the course had a wide knowledge, was able to provide lots of thought inducing scenarios.
