Really enjoyed course Feel more able to deal with suicide situations

it was a very effective course which made me reflect on previous experiences and calls i have taken and made me realise how i would adapt to this in the future. It has made me think about the language i use not just on mental health calls but every call.

Very useful session, has enabled me to understand what can be done in the vent someone is experiencing thoughts of suicide

I can't answer about the course material I can't open it to review it as it is password protected which is very annoying.

Overall, it was a great experience. The tutor was great and clearly very passionate about the subject she was discussing, and that reflected in her mannerisms when approaching such a delicate topic.
