really good training, very helpfull. main thing for me is that i feel like it should have been delivered in person rather than digitally.

Fantastic course, Sophia is an amazing trainer

Although its a serious topic its been nice to talk openly and gain that knowledge in a safe space. Sophia is really caring and passionate but you can tell she has a lot of knowledge behind her that gives you confidence in your trainer.

Training was excellent considering it was not face to face, in previous training sometimes it is very dull and i lose interest. But todays training was on point and kept me engaged. Thanks so much i feel i am confident enough to contact the trainer if i need further information.
