Superb tutor

Very interesting, a serious topic that was talked about without being personal

Feel more confident with dealing with calls

Over all, this was an informative course, however I feel that some group work could have broken the morning up

Loved the entire programme - especially the provision of language to ask - what to listen for - and how to cope. We didn't cover it but the self-care wheel of life and check-in looks amazing.
