Incredibly grateful for Bens time and knowledge! He has left me feeling a lot more confident and knowing a lot more. This is highly appreciated and I will now go away and look into this further and be aware of my terminology and support methods.

Good course for general public, something more specific as to how to deal with public in act of trying to suicide may be good. Becky was great at delivering the course content as it was.

the training was interesting, especially the piece about asking people straight out if they felt suicidal, although i may have difficult speaking to someone about this, I do feel I could ask this question, probably more with family or friends than complete strangers though
