As a qualified RMN, I used this course almost as a refresher which is why I have indicated that the training was not appropriate for my level. I have been working in telephone triage for over 20 years. The only clues we have about how people are feeling is what they are saying and also their tone of voice. it was good to watch the video presentation, switching from a real life event to a managerial dissuasion. Craig presented well, he has a passion for Mental Health and this shows

I fully immersed myself in this course and feel that it extremely beneficial for everyone. This course is the paving the way forward to reduce the stigma that is so embedded in Suicide, and to make it something normal to discuss. Suicide needs to be as normal to talk about as any other medical ailment and allow those suffering to feel able to reach out without fear or judgement or ridicule. Thank you
