It's given me a understanding that I'm not there to resolve the problem directly, I'm there to listen, keep us both safe, and direct to the correct people.

Came into the course with the wrong mindset and was pleasantly surprised to how different it was compared to what I thought it would be. Interaction between tutor and colleagues was excellent and did not run off topic at anytime and stuck to the timeline set out at the start.

Excellent course. Really useful in terms of use of appropriate vocabulary and what steps to take. Dismantling suicide plan also very useful.
