A really useful course which gave me a few epiphany moments.

A fantastic course and one that I was originally cautious about attending, worried that it may re-open some old wounds but it did not. It was enjoyable, informative and inspirational. Hands down one of the best wellbeing / mental health training sessions I have ever attended.

This was a really informative and eye opening course, that truly changed my perceptions of suicide and attempt suicide. I am sure this will have a positive impact going forward not only in the work environment but in my life outside of work.
