The content was good, but because had already done a MHFAers course and refresh the experience of the course was not so new, but would not change format or delivery as think that is on the money.

the course was very eye opening in terms of what to look out for when someone might be contemplating suicide. There were many words spoken buy people causing some good communication but at times went a bit skyward. Perhaps having more control of the conversation would help with keeping to the important information being shared.

Sally’s incredibly engaging, knowledgable and delivered the course with care, compassion and a real commitment to the course topic. I would happily recommend her training to anyone who would benefit from it. The practical work throughs were a great way for the subject to be approached rather than just talked at for the whole course. Highly satisfied.
