The course was delivered very well, with a good mix of instructor led talking / break out rooms/ video material. The course booklet was easy to follow. And, plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Lisa also looked at the slightly different way of presenting this topic to children and young people as a lot of people attending the course works with this age group.

Extremely worthwhile course, which should be made as prominent and available as physical first aid courses in this country. We have to break the barriers and smash the stigma.
