Steve was brilliant, and the content of the course introduced new suggestions and frameworks for talking about suicide, despite having done several suicide awareness/prevention training previously!

I "enjoyed" this course, if that is the correct term to use. It is a subject that no one really wants to address, but I will be able to do so with a little more confidence - thank you.

I wasn't sure what to expect starting this awareness course. I have some personal experience of suicide of moderately close family and my husband does voluntary work as a listener. I was comfortable talking about suicide from my own perspective but this course has helped me feel more confident talking to other people e.g. who I might recognise concerns or changes in and give me some guidance on what I would actually say and do if someone I talked about suicide to was on the continuum.

HELPED ME GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF SUICIDE AND ENJOYED BEING ABLE TO LEARN. ALLOWED ME TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING ON SIGNS OF SUICIDAL INDIVUDIALS. ENCOURAGED ME TO NOT BE AFARID TO ASK IF I FEEL WORRIED FOR SOMEONE
