Really enjoyed the session, gave me a good understanding about being the listener after being the teller in my own life
I felt after all this it is generally what we do and what we are good at, communicating and being good listener’s. Our problem is signposting people as we have limited pathway’s. Asking the correct questions was useful though.
Good course and with a good subject - well needed due to lack of training with mental health within job role.
