I REALLY ENJOYED THIS COURSE AND I FOUND IT VERY USEFUL TO BE ABLE TO PUT INTO PRACTISE WEATHER ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON

Really interesting course learnt loads about the language to use over the phone and thinking of things in a different perspective

Difficult subject but dealt with compassion and understanding for the subject and good knowledge Interaction was good with group which allowed people to share their own experiences

Very informative, good tips to take and use while call assessing a pt. This will make me a more aware and supportive assessor while on menta health calls.

I really enjoyed the course overall and have learnt so much today - I feel as though I will have more confidence when approaching mental health?suicidal calls now. The tutor was great and really engaged with the whole group.
