This training is extremely valuable and the trainers very knowledgeable and suited to run the training. I think this needs to be considered when choosing trainers for this subject matter. The course could benefit from extended time and a more detailed coursebook or a subject reference sheet for further learning.
Maybe more training on intercepting more suicide attempts where people are in immediate danger and need talking down from a dangerous situation.
Thank you for the course content it was informative and well planned. I learnt how to be direct with difficult questions and the importance body language and facial expression.
