I really enjoyed the course. I feel more confident to approach someone and just check they are ok. I have a better understanding the 'Why'. Why someone feels the need to take their own life, why are we, as general people, not doing enough to help, why are the statics of death by suicide so high....

It was really good training course and very informative for me as a nursing student. Learnt the importance of recognising suicidal behaviors in people and how to respond to them. The importance of being caring, listening and compassionate to people who are experiencing suicidal tendencies.
