This course is an essential extension to Mental Health First Aid and I will use this when needed in my interactions with students. it has equipped me with the confidence to ask more direct questions as appropriate. This is an essential course for anyone, especially those working in wellbeing/supporting roles. I will be looking to enrol on the Level 4 accredited unit.

Very good course and I only did one 14 months ago and was more entertaining than the last one, which was spread over two days :)

I though Olivia delivered the course really well , she ensured that everyone felt ok and regularly checked in with us all . I loved it and I will use these practices should I need to . It has helped me better understand the support to give rather than rushing in with the support I think is needed
