Interesting to talk about airplanes and the safety for them, but in comparison suicide is not getting the same safety prevention

The Suicide First Aid course introduced me to real things that can happen in life. It is a good habit to always watch out for others and if you recognize any behavioural changes it is better to report it or talk to that person before anything critical happens.
