I found the course very helpful, practical, and well delivered. I have only given 4 stars regarding my confidence level about speaking to someone who I think might be experiencing thoughts of suicide because I haven't yet used the training. I think my confidence will increase with experience.

Important course to increase awareness and how to support colleagues

Would be good to have more interactive parts to the training. I enjoyed the video. I’m quite a visual/doing learner as I’m ADHD

I think for a lite course it was useful and informative. Could have been more interactive as was very PowerPoint heavy.

The training was well organised easy to understand The knowledge I gained will help me to support people who are struggling with negative thoughts

The course was delivered with compassion and respect. It was delivered at a good, calm pace allowing people to have space if they needed. The breaks were very welcomed as the subject is difficult. Jane is a really nice person and a great communicator, she was able to engage us all and bring the whole group together. Great presentation 🙌👏🏻
