Really interesting and informative course. Really important that people do this course as it could help save lives. I learnt so much, what language to use when speaking with people who have suicidal thoughts - what steps need to be taken. How important it is to listen and be aware of people if not themselves. Really useful course.

The interaction exercises were very helpful to bring better awareness and to encourage an approach that is beneficial.

Great adaptations to the USI materials - they feel very realistic. Left the course feeling that delivery of the CYP would be well received and that staff would feel that it is very relevant to them.

As I said on the course, I think my favourite is CYP. I really enjoyed learning about the psychosocial and biological aspects. I start a counselling course myself at the weekend, and I am even more energised to learn more. Thanks again for a fantastic session Jamie.
