Enjoyable, informative instruction.

Really got a lot out of the course, not being from a health care `background, but having lost a close friend when I was young I wanted to know more and I felt this filled in all the gaps in my knowledge and even tho this is not something I come across in my work I definitely more confident on this topic and thank you for the course. A lot of people are touched by this subject.

I enjoyed the session. Time was given to share experiences throughout. I would suggest, as it was a workplace offered course, more practical advice on boundaries and workplace guidance but I understand that it was a generic course. Managers/colleagues don’t always know what to do when it’s work, they view things differently.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and I feel like I’ve learnt necessary skills to be able to help someone struggling with suicidal thoughts or mental health in my future career.
