Really tough subject but I enjoyed this essential training and found it very valuable, I haven't signed up to the accredited unit yet but I will.

Very good course. I feel that I have the knowledge to recognise someone in distress and someone who may have thoughts of suicide. I feel confident in how I can approach the topic of suicide with them and then exploring their immediate safety and what I can do to help them and to signpost them to the various/appropriate resources.
