The course was well structured and gave an understanding of suicide, risks, prevention, how to talk to someone having suicidal thoughts and more. I now feel that I could identify signs and be able to have a conversation with someone having suicidal thoughts.

As mentioned above, Gavin was very knowledgable about the topics discussed as well as supportive during questions. Whilst the role play sections of the day were difficult for some he supported us and made it feel more comfortable for myself especially
