Really helpful and hope that I never have to do this for real Tutor have fabulous knowledge, lead the session well and a lovely lady

Ben is a brilliant course deliverer, always feel more confident and clear around what he delivers. Any questions are answered clearly but also with lots of extra details/info but not too much to overwhelm. His approach to mental health is compassionate, non-judgemental and he is able to share in a very easy way to understand.
