The course was excellent, the tutor was very informative and explained each part of the course clearly. It was nice to mix up materials E.G workbook, polls, video and breakout rooms, as well as open discussion.
Laura was an excellent tutor felt very comfortable well presented I would defiantly recomend it to my colleagues.

i did do the half a day workshop, there was only a little bit that was different. i didn't need to do both.
I really enjoyed the course, it was the perfect size with there only being 5 of us. I have taken a lot from the day I feel confident to put into practice what I learned.
