The course was very useful in making you realise that it is ok to have difficult conversations and use the word suicide, which i dont think i was comfortable with before. The group was supportive and there were lots helpful tips and phrases we spoke about and shared to help with future conversations.

There were lots of facts and figures which I felt may not have been necessary. When I hear that I am doing a MH First Aid' Course, I expected that there would be far more on how to deal with a crisis as with Physical First Aid. My Tutor was great though and followed the course structure very well.

An invaluable course which I will be able to apply to everyday life both on and out of the workplace. Everyone would benefit from attending a course like this to educate people regarding suicide prevention
