the training was interesting, especially the piece about asking people straight out if they felt suicidal, although i may have difficult speaking to someone about this, I do feel I could ask this question, probably more with family or friends than complete strangers though

Very insightful course, information was clear and suitable for the subject.

It was a great beginners session. Maybe a little more time on role play around supporting someone in crisis.
