That was my second course with Susan and just want to say that she is great at delivering training. Hopefully I'll be on more of her courses in the future.

Thank you for an expertly delivered course. I have done similar training in the past but did not feel like this course was repetitive and took away additional learning and refreshed knowledge. The course was practically oriented and Susan was obviously very knowledgeable and truly cared about the subject. Unfortunately these are skills which are needed in my current role and even more likely to be prevalent in my new role too.

Grateful for the opportunity to complete the course. Feel more sessions should be available for colleagues to attend.
