The trainers were knowledgeable and engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and practice skills in a safe and supportive environment. Overall, I feel much more confident in my ability to help those in need, and I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in promoting mental health and preventing suicide.
