good course and feel much more confident with speaking to someone if i believe they are suicidal. It could also help if i ever feel that way, as i would have the confidence to speak to someone as i would know what i need to do to help myself.

I found this course very interesting as we have had no training and it is not something you talk about.

I really loved the structure and pace of the course. It felt that we allowed enough time to give the subject the respect that it deserved, without the course dragging. I will definitely recommend to my manager that my colleagues attend :)

Excellent course that I would recommend to others as these types of conversations are happening more often in the workplace obviously need to be held with sensitivity and a candid approach.

This is a difficult subject , Chris was able to bring the discussions to life with some examples of how using the right interactions with people can help them. He really highlighted that we need to be human with our discussions and use our gut feeling on what to say and when to say it, this was supportive as its an area that can be emotionally difficult for all parties.
