Making a difficult subject feel safe, approachable and manageable is the provider’s distinctive strength, according to attendees. They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Really good. Its breaking down stigma's. Like women have made talking about menopause is now more accepted. Mens health should also be. This helps.

I really enjoyed the course and found it engaging and informative. I feel as though I have learnt a lot and I can take this training into my personal life, which is what I wanted. Steph filled me with confidence and she handled such a serious topic with care and kindness, making it easier to talk about. I would definitely consider gaining the qualification that goes alongside this.
