Very informative and detail way of providing information - it gives you the courage and ability to speak with suicide related cases freely and openly while at the same time show compassion and understanding. I definitely feel more comfortable taking on these cases either from a phone call or chat.
Helpful training that includes suggestions for wording that can and should not be used during such interactions.
