I would highly recommend this course. It is a much needed subject especially in this new world as it seems suicide is definitely increasing. Its currently a taboo subject and this course highlights the fact that it is ok to say "suicide" and educates you to help and find information easily if needed. I really felt the course was well worthwhile and would hope that all staff in all companies are offered the chance to take the course. The more people that are aware the better for everyone!

Very informative course. I do feel that I would recognise signs of someone feeling suicidal and I feel I would be able to approach them confidently
