I think that the time spent surrounding language management, with what can and cannot be said, was a little much. I feel like the concerns around what shouldn't be said have hindered my much more natural response to helping someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. I understand that this can be a delicate, emotive subject. However, I think a little more directness of the subject matter, may help learners in a more engaging, realistic way. The tutor was ace, and I understand it is a difficult subject.

An extremely well thought out and informative training session. The tutor was a credit to you and delivered one hell of a training day. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
